How is your migration tool different from apps like Matrixify?
Matrixify and similar tools work by importing CSV files. CSV is a flat format — it doesn't preserve relationships between products, variants, and inventory the way your source system stores them. Our tool uses the API of your current platform to read data in its native structure, then writes it to Shopify via Shopify's API. The result is more accurate, handles complexity better, and doesn't require manual cleanup afterward.
Do you work with our internal tech team?
Yes. We're comfortable working alongside internal developers, CTOs, and technical teams. We document our work, communicate in technical terms when that's useful, and hand off cleanly when the engagement ends.
What does fixed pricing actually mean?
It means we agree on a scope, we quote a number, and that's what you pay. If something outside the agreed scope comes up during the project — a data structure we didn't anticipate, an integration requirement that wasn't in the brief — we'll scope it separately before building it. No surprises on the invoice.
